Return Policy

 

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us either by phone at 310-953-4932 during regular business hours 8AM - 4 PM PST Monday - Friday, or e-mail us at eshop@us.deuscustoms.com to receive your RMN. At this time Deus does not provide a return shipping label. Because of this please keep in mind any return or exchange shipment fees are at the expense of the shipper.

 

 * Please note: We have extended our normal return policy for the holidays. For orders placed on 11/18 and later, the deadline to return your order back to Deus Ex Machina USA will be January 15, 2017. 

 

Once you are ready to return your items we please ask that enclose in the package your original packing slip with the RMN number as well as the reason for return. 

 

Before you return or exchange your order please make sure of the following:

 

- The product was purchased within the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and without alterations
- The product is ful
l price / non-sale
- The product was originally purchased from Deus Ex Machina USA online
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or exchange.

 

When your return has been processed and accepted back we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. We kindly ask that you allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

 

A confirmation will be e-mailed to the original order's e-mail address once the refund has been issued.

 

 

Exchanges

 

Please follow the above guidelines from our return policy for an exchange.

 

Once your exchange order is received we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation requesting the items you would like to exchange for.

 

If there is a price difference in the item(s) wishing to exchange a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer. 

 

When your exchange order is ready to ship out we will e-mail the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Please allow 24 hours for tracking confirmation to update.
